Dr. Pahlevani received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed an additional year of post-doctoral training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD Residency) at the same institute, refining his skills in aesthetic and biomimetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and multi-disciplinary full-mouth rehabilitations. With years of experience learning and working alongside the best in the field and his background in biology and art, he introduces a contemporary, biomimetic form of dentistry that blends science, technology, and aesthetics to achieve natural, lasting results.
As the founder of FORM DENTAL STUDIO, Dr. Pahlevani has designed an experience around his passion for enhancing the quality of life of his patients through life-changing smile transformations. His patients can experience the most advanced dental technology for desired aesthetic enhancements while also enjoying access to routine preventive care, clear aligner therapy, or general dentistry, all through a thoughtfully designed patient journey at every step of the process. His areas of focus are holistic biometric assessments, personalized proactive care, facially driven smile design, and establishing natural harmony between form, function, and biology.
Outside the studio, he enjoys photography and portrait painting and spends most of his time with his wife, Sara, and their family and friends. Together, they share a love for traveling, watching movies, and discovering delicious new food.
